Rider and Driver were both professional. The laws of physics prevents any race motorcycle from beating a F1 car on the track. F1 vehicles have about the same or better power to weight ratio of a motorcycle + 4 giant gummy tires + brakes that will give you 4-6 neg G's and Aerodynamics to push you down for faster corner. Like comparing the best PC/MAC/Linux home PC to the worlds fastest super computers. Pointless. Even comparing a super-Vyron/super-SSC etc to a £12k motobike is dumb. If you want a car that isn't road legal, can't deal with a speed bumps, can't take your take your missus and requires a support team plus and engine rebuild/change every 300 miles then yeah, an F1 car is great.
